Times of the School Day
The normal school day runs from 8.30am to 3.10pm. Please note that on the last day of each full term the school will finish early at 12.30pm.
Students can be in school from 7.30am to 4.30pm for lessons, library work and enrichment activities.
Pupils arriving early to school should use the supervised areas including Breakfast Club which is open from 7.30-8.30am. and the Library which is open from 8.00-8.30am.
TIMES OF THE SCHOOL DAY
Pupils should be at line up by 8.30am and morning registration starts at 8.35am. There are five one-hour lessons in a school day as well as registration/ assembly and movement time. The school day is 6 hours and 40 minutes long. Pupils will therefore be provided with 33.3 hours of school in a typical week.
At the end of the day, unless involved in after-school activities such as training sessions, intervention groups, enrichment or detentions, pupils should go straight home after school has finished.
